Wonton Noodle egg noodles are best used with soups or other moist dishes. The texture of this noodle is super soft, making it unfit for stir fry. The noodles are fresh and has limited shelf life of 6 - 7 days in the refrigerator. It is not recommended to have it frozen because the taste can be altered. This item will not be frozen before shipment, and will be in transit maximum 48 hours.
